Established in 1985, C.M. Science Degree College was founded by the visionary Dr. Arun Kumar in Navtolia, Madhepura. The college was created to provide higher education at the graduation level to the local population who previously had limited access.
The establishment of this institution was made possible through the generous donation of approximately 3 acres of land by the late Chhotkan Mandal, a resident of Madhepura village. The entire college family remains forever grateful to Chhotkan Babu for his noble contribution. Today, the college has grown into a significant center for learning, striving to connect the hazy past with a clear and bright future.
